For starters I would suggest going back to your GP to get a proper diagnosis! Regrettably there are no simple answers as everyone is different.

Thanks for posting on the forum. I am sorry you are experiencing ongoing joint pain and inflammation.
Mike1’s advice to go back to your GP to review your diagnosis is very sound. Everything starts with a correct diagnosis and persistent joint pain should be investigated. Finding out what’s causing your pain is key to finding the right treatment and self-help options. Although there’s no cure for arthritis, treatments have improved greatly in recent years and, for many types of arthritis, particularly inflammatory arthritis, there’s a clear benefit in starting treatment at an early stage.
