Hello
Hello there! I've just arrived in the online community, so I haven't had a good look around yet. I have osteoarthritis in both knees, which are stiff and slightly swollen rather than being painful. As a consequence, I have relatively poor mobility and get tired very easily. I'm looking forward to meeting all you lovely people online and being able to share in your experiences and ideas. 😀

Greetings @Twinkletoes25 and welcome.
You have been given a diagnosis of osteoarthritis of the knee, which although does not give you a great deal of pain, causes poor mobility and tiredness. You may find the exercises in this link of assistance for the stiffness:
An icepack (20 minutes every couple of hours) should help the swelling and a hot water bottle the pain.
Do have a look around the rest of the site, there are many friendly people out there.
