Hi everyone

i am 48 and have been living with Arthritis in my knees since 15. I have always been active but finding this year hard as winter is upon us. The stairs kill me going up or down every step is a verbal ouch and now I am getting pain in my hip. How is everyone else doing this winter ?

Hi @Fiona1972 and welcome to the Online Community.

Winter is indeed a difficult time for some of us with arthritis. We moved to a bungalow some 15 years ago because stairs were becoming too tricky.
