Hi 🙋‍♀️ I’m completely new to this so be gentle with me lol 😂

I have osteoarthritis in my shoulder and hip though the doctor will never give it that name to me. Just blames everything on repetitive work though when I took a sneaky look at my notes got my shoulder it said degenerative shoulder disease so OA yes?? I’m guessing.

very low in myself because of daily agonising pain. Any tips on pain relief welcome as I get nothing from doctors.

Welcome, @Helen72, we are a friendly lot, so of course we will be gentle.

You have symptoms of what you think is OA in your shoulder, but your doctor doesn't confirm.
