My hip became painful on walking back in September 20 after I did an overlong walk..now the pain goes down the full length of my leg down to the ankle .when I walk.lay in bed and sit in a chair, cannot see the GP ..told on 2 occasions to increase pain meds ..I may be my own worse enemy but I only take Ibuprofen and Paracetamol as I feel light headed and sick with any others prescribed Why do I now have pain all the way down from my hip to my ankle? The GP says it’s all related and normal?!

I need to still do some walking for my mental health since this isolation has forced my life to be so empty and endorphins raise after walking 10,000 steps but it is becoming increasingly more difficult due to the pain and in my knees
