Dizzy spells

Recently I have a dizzy spell and poor balance on waking up. If I go gently it slowly goes off. I have had an arthritic hip for about 5 years, and have taken Warfarin blood anticoagulant for about 4 years. Could the dizziness be caused or aggravated by arthritis in the neck vertebrae ?.

Welcome to the forum, @alankin. We cannot give advice about specific conditions. From what you say however I think that you should consult your GP or NHS 111.

Hi Alan kin,

I absolutely agree with Tom you should contact your gp or 111 with you being on warfarin do you go to the anticoagulant clinic for checks? If so contact them also, hope all goes ok
