Hi just wondering if anyone can help me. I work nights in a large supermarket re-stocking shelves and lately the arthritis in my hands has got worse at times my thumbs are useless and so painful. What I would like to know is does anyone know of gloves that could help me in work to minimise the pain

    Compression gloves can help a bit depending on where your arthritis is, my thumbs are worse affected so I wear these:

    they can be obtained through the OT at hospital or can be purchased on-line for around £40 a pair.
