Training Session with Leon

Morning everyone,

This is my 1st time to post on the forum. My name is Patrick and I have recently turned 66. I am on my own now as my wife passed away last October 2020.

I am originally from Dublin, Éire and have been in England 46 years. I occasionally get to go back to see my brother and his family...it's been 10 years since last back to see them. As soon as the lockdown is lifted I'll be on 1st plane over to see them...lol.

I am enjoying the Arthritis Exercises with Leon, but at times, it can be a challenge. But as they say "no pain, no gain..." whoever said that didn’t have Arthritis, me thinks lol. About to start Week 10...

Well I look forward to reading and replying to the forum in the near future.

I can see that you are enjoying the Exercises with Leon which is great news, as you say "no pain, no gain". You don't specifically say where the arthritis affects you but can I suggest you have a look in our Search section. There is a lot of useful information available, such as:
