Seat Support

Can anyone recommend a booster/support seat, suitable for putting on a settee? Mine is quite low and is awkward (and painful) to get up out of and to sit down on. It's also got a bit of a sloped back and so I'd like to know if there is a firm back support cushion available anywhere, that can help me sit more upright?
