I wonder if anybody can help with some clarity to my question... I keep hearing that there is no guarantee that the covid vaccine will be completely effective for people who are immuno suppressed. I wonder if it will be possible to have a blood test at some point after the vaccinations to see what the level of protection is, i.e in terms of antibodies. Any thoughts would be gratefully appreciated. Thank you.

This is a constant search of mine, Becky, but, so far, I think we have to stick with what I was told when getting the vaccine ie get it but behave as if you haven't got it. I think @Becky88 those on the stronger immunosuppressive meds should be extra vigilant with masks and handwashing?

I'm sure there will be tests - reliable ones available in the future, but until then extra safety and caution is probably the wisest course of action.
