Quick intro

Hi Everyone, I think I must have joined ages ago as I had a stored password but a quick reintro as not been on here for a while. I'm 53 , arthritis in right hip , left knee and now back., all probably stemming from fallen foot arches and plantar fasciitis years ago. I'll post my opening info in a different thread . I think I will be on here quite a bit in th enext year or so
