    Good luck Jewels get the HRT if you can I have had to go hardcore too (migraines with aura so not allowed). Did a tally chart one night in bed and counted 28 flushes🙄

    Still in general they are easing now, but the worst thing for me was the panic attacks which came from nowhere for me. 😫

    I'm just waiting for the doctors to ring me today @frogmorton I wonder if they'll give it me with having silent migraines I hope so xx

    I had a call on Monday and I have to go to have a face to face appointment this afternoon @frogmorton. He's saying he doesn't believe it's the peri menopause even though I have most of the symptoms so confused now hun any tips for my appointment greatly appreciated 🤔 xx

    @Jewels tell him about Nice guidelines !! If u are presenting with all the symptoms then u need hrt ! Don’t be fobbed off with the contraceptive pill or anti depressants and blood tests probs won’t show hormone levels u must insist xxx

    Thanks @Hairobsessed123 I will I'm already on amytriptaline for my anxiety and silent migraines and they upped that from 25 to 35 about a month ago and I am definitely not going on anymore I'll let you know how I get on later xx

    Just to let you know @Hairobsessed123 that I went to see my doctor and he totally dismissed the peri menopause. He said my anxiety is through the roof to which I pointed out is a common problem of being peri menopause and certain other things he just tried to throw antidepressants at me which I refused going to make an appointment with another gp and see if I can get a different response I'll tell you one thing I am not backing down on this just thought I would let you know hun xx

    Welldone for standing your ground !! Maybe ask if there is a dr that’s specialises in woman’s health regarding peri menopause u may have better luck xxx

    @Jewels tbh not great I’m feeling better in myself so the vitamin d is working it also turned out I had a uti infection !!

    ive been in London since Thursday but I’ve had to come home early my hips and feet have been agony just doing walking it’s so crazy !! I thought the sulfasalazine was working but not so sure now it’s not Norma to be struggling to walk after only a couple of hours is it ? I have gp appointment on Wednesday so gunna have a chat and try and figure out what the hells going on with me I am really not liking my body atm 😓 x

    Aww hun let ur gp know what's happening hope you feel better soon @Hairobsessed123 I can do 10 mins then I'm in pain feckin arthritis 🤣 I've just been looking at wheelchair for if we go out and about I proper hate it but I have to do it if I want to go away need to see some sea and sand lol let me know how ur getting on hun xx

    Thinking of you @Hairobsessed123 /hope your appointment went well for you. Do you have a contact number for your consultant who put you on sulfa? That can be really helpful if there's a nurse attached who has time to listen and work out what to do.

    @Jewels what a situation. I went through my new surgeries doctors one at a time until I found one I could talk to and get a sensible reply from. Keep searching for one who understands what you are saying. I too use a wheelchair when away to go round NT properties or gardens - otherwise I wouldn't get to see anything. At one venue I couldn't get upstairs but they had a room with a video walk through of the rooms etc which was great, I had a guided tour without leaving my chair!

    Aww thanks Yvonne I haven't gone anywhere yet you don't know what to do because the case's are rising again I have bought a lounger for the garden though lol xx

    Thankyou !! Sorry I haven’t been on !!

    I went to drs appointment and we have had a long chat about a lot of stuff and he has prescribed me antidepressants I think the psoriatic arthritis diagnosis ontop of the pandemic then low vitamin d and urine infection then hpv virus came up from my smear it’s had a huge impact on my mental health so he has said this might help me pick up and then he thinks I’ll start enjoying things I enjoy again !! ( I have started feeling brighter in myself today ) hope your both well x

    Hi @Hairobsessed123 int life crap sometimes hun but you'll get through it glad to hear your feeling a bit better. Have you been swimming since or have you not been up to it. I'm just enjoying the sun not gone anywhere yet though but have bought a lounger for the garden lol hope you have a lovely weekend hun 😁 xx
