Shoulder and arm/neck

Hi all I am a new boy just joined, anybody out there that might be able to help I would be very grateful, using heat lamp and electric sleave over my arm shoulder and neck but still in constant pain especially at night when I'm lying down,If anyone else has similar problems and can suggest something that might have helped them I would be very grateful, Thank you, Chris
