You have pain in your hip and lower back which causes you pain and discomfort on a daily basis. You do not say what diagnosis you have been given and treatment you are receiving but you have come to the right place for advice and support .

There is also an twelve week exercise programme called Lets Move with Leon which many members have found fun and helpful to follow - you do as much as you can manage and can build up gradually those exercises that suit you best.
