Had multiple breakdowns recently and waiting on a diagnosis but it’s looking like BPD and I have no idea how to cope with a complex emotional issue and chronic pain. I’ve been suicidal and I’m really scared of myself

Hopefully the medics will confirm whether or not it is Borderline Personality Disorder pretty quickly and will get you treatment promptly. There are support groups out there and helplines, have a look at https://www.mind.org.uk/information-support/types-of-mental-health-problems/borderline-personality-disorder-bpd/useful-contacts/

Hey SPN97. I also suffer from mental illness, which is a separate issue for me OA. If ever there is one issue where I couldn't offer online advice, it's mental health. The answer to your question is to seek professional help. Do whatever it takes when you're at your worse. Call your Doctor, call the Mental Health services in your area, and if you're truly in trouble, go to Emergency. Reach out.
