Shingles…. What do I do?

Hi all 👋🏻.

i have rheumatoid arthritis and take 25mg of meth. I had shingles about 2 years ago however I can feel the start of it again. Does anyone know if I can stop it before it kicks in as I know this is going to totally floor me!

    Ring your rheumatology helpline for advice but, while waiting, don't take any meth.

    If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

    Thank you. They are impossible to get hold of but will give them a go

    At a pinch try your GP. He'd be better than me but not as good as the rheumatologist. Good luck.
