Numbness at the back of head

Hey everyone hope you're doing good!

I am a 18 years old boy, I feel numbness at the back of my head with clicking sound sometimes on sudden movement of head. I was wandering whether anyone of the community could help me know what the condition is and whats the treatment!

    I suggest that you see your GP as a matter of urgency, necks are funny things and need sorting. It is probably a trapped nerve and the clicking could be air trapped in the joints but your neck needs to be examined and probably x-rayed. Don't do the "I am a man" thing, just get hold of your GP or at the very least phone 111 for advice.
