Arthritic Flare up induced post migraine

Anyone get migraines followed by 3 day arthritis flare up every time? Start head/jaw then the usual route neck, shoulders, back, right hip / pelvis .double whammy - not fun

    Oh you poor girl!

    I get migraines and have Arthritis luckily not together though. Well obviously sort of together but one doesn't seem to make the other worse if you know what I mean.

    You have my total sympathy.
