Osteoarthritis in hands

Hi My name is Anne and I was and am a very busy working person living in a village near Witney Oxfordshire. I'm 68 years old. After fracturing my humerus ( have had several fractures over the years) 2 of hands/wrists and both left and right humerus, have found myself diagnosed with osteoarthritis in both hands as well as osteopenia. All of which I find pretty depressing as well as quite debilitating. Not hugely painful but very inconvenient and aching. My consultant Rheumatologist advised that I have a functional assessment from a hand therapist. Just wondering if anyone on this forum can recommend one who is relatively local (happy to go to London as well) my postcode is OX29 7SH and happy to drive up to 80 miles. Many thanks. Anne
