On the advice of a staff member at Versus Arthritis on Monday, I have my first batch of the cream having phoned my GP yesterday.

If it proves useful he is going to put it on my repeat prescription list.


I didn't know this is now available on prescription now, so thank you Versus Arthritis

    @Sheelee Do please come back and let us know how it worked for you. I tried some well known creams for sporting injury and while they worked a bit, they were rather expensive.

    I wonder if adding jalapeño peppers to my salad will help? If nothing else, it will taste more interesting.
