I have systemic scleroderma does anyone use magnesium spray for back pain please

    Welcome to the online community and thank you for joining us. I hope that you find this a safe and secure space to share your story with us.

    So you have Systemic Scleroderma and are wondering if anyone uses magnesium spray to help ease back pain.

    I, personally, have never used this spray, but we are a large community so I am hoping that someone will have used it and can assist you with this information.

    Thank you for posting on the helpline forum. I'm sorry you are having back pain issues

    Thanks to @anneb82 for catching up with you over the weekend. Her links and advice are useful.

    Due to your Scleroderma, I would always run complimentary medicines and applications past your GP or Pharmacist to ensure they won’t counteract any of your regular medication. We don’t have anything specifically on magnesium sprays, but I have added our back pain link in the hope it may help.
