Wishing everyone a great 2022

Hie everyone

As for most of us here we live with pain each and every second of our lives. What i want to wish all of us this new year is the strength to endure our pain. Courage to take be it surgery or medication that help us lower our pain. Most of all i want us to have the strength to stay happy regardless of our situations. Patience to accommodate our colleagues who dont understand what we go through everyday. May we get more education to deal with our flare ups and to also live a somewhat normal life. As we progress through the year may we find peace in letting go what we can't do anymore and find other activities that we can do to feel better. Lets rest as much as we need but also keep active and don'tdo too much.
