what Now?
Hi , My name is Graham. I am 64 this year., over the recent year I have had severe wrist, knee and foot pain. It's diagnosed as osteoarthritis and wear and tear. It appears overnight when I am sleeping and the foot pain has started to last for 5 days now. My current tablets have no effect on the pain... How are you guys out there living with this, I don't think there is a miracle cure ; but any advice will be welcome.
Regards Graham.

Hi Graham (@Jiggyjim ) love your username by the way!
Welcome to the online Community I see you have developed severe pain in several joints and have been diagnosed with Osteoarthritis.
I know that during the COVID-19 pandemic it has been extremely difficult to see a Dr or get a diagnosis. As you are recently diagnosed I am going to attach some information about Osteoarthritis. It really is worth a read being very comprehensive including information about diagnosis as well as managing your symptoms:
This article is about managing your pain which seems particularly relevant in your situation as you scroll through you will see a section about medication as well as physical treatments including physiotherapy.
I'm sorry to add a third, I don't normally do this, but this article is for someone newly diagnosed and I think it is useful too:
I'll leave you now to meet our members.
Best wishes
Ellen.
