Hello I am a new member though have had RA for some time. it will be interesting to hear other peoples experience of this complaint and lifestyle changes etc. Will be good to hear from people.

    Your heading states 'It's time to join in' , so it sounds like you've been thinking of posting for a while - well done for taking the first step! I'm sure you'll find friendly support from our members about living with RA and how they've adapted to their new lifestyles.
