Best ice pack for after knee replacement?

What's the best ice pack thingy to use when the knee's at its most swollen straight after replacement surgery? I've got a 1kg bag of frozen peas ready, but I suspect that's not going to be big enough ...

    I like the gel packs that come on a wrap so you can bandage it to knee- they can be used as heat or cold packs. I have 2 so when bad can throw one back in freezer while use other one. better then peas as peas tend to all fall down one end of the bag lol
