Newly Diagnosed

Hello, I was diagnosed with moderate Osteoarthritis in both hips, but worse on the right, last week. Physio treatment has made it worse and it's painful and restricting my movement. Hard sometimes to wash my feet in the shower, put on my socks and even sit on the toilet. I'm quite frightened because my mother was really crippled with the same condition. I don't know what my future will be.
