Hi everyone, I've been diagnosed with RA for a few years now, worked my way through a couple of different meds alongside doing exercises and a day/evening job. I've decided to join now as I was in a bit of a dip over winter and thought I'd see if this community will help.

Welcome to the online community and thank you for joining us. I hope that you will find this a safe and friendly space where you can continue to share your story.

So you were diagnosed with RA a few years ago and have tried a few different medications along with exercises while having a job. You decided to join as you were having a bit of a dip over winter.

Winter can be a hard time for a lot of people, especially if the changing weather and the cold effect your RA. I do hope that you find it helpful to be a part of the community. There does tend to be someone around most times of the day and we really are a friendly bunch.
