Hi everyone, just joined. Hoping to find out how everyone else copes and gets on in day to day life. I had a TKR nearly 3 years ago, also have osteoarthritis in my other knee, my shoulder and wrist. I have trouble walking any distance or standing for long due to lower back pain. Try to keep cheerful but some days are worse than others but I expect you all know that!
