Good morning to you all, I have joined the group to hopefully hear ways of helping my osteoarthritis without the need to take drugs/painkillers. I should love to hear your opinions and help.

Welcome to the online community,so good to see you and asking questions.

You say you have joined the forum to hopefully get help with your osteoarthrtis without medication and would like to hear every ones opinions about the nondrugs painkillers regime.
