Hello I have arthritis in my Knee, my knee and leg are swollen and are 2 inches bigger than my other leg.

The pain keeps me awake, does anyone have any advice as to what I can try

    You need to talk this through with your GP to get a proper diagnosis. Some over the counter pain relief may help, but it’s important to get a regime of pain relief that’s appropriate to your condition, any other medications you are on and indeed, any other medical conditions you may have.
