Hello everyone. Looking forward to sharing with you all on coping with the challenges of living with arthritis.

I enjoy craft work and gardening and look forward to hearing how others learn to cope. Would like to add in more exercise too

I see from your post you are interested in sharing coping strategies with other people in a similar position to yourself.

I know who your Grandaughter is!! Great name there 😊

Do join in now you've said hello this can be the best place to be for those of us in pain. Such nice people who understand and are always happy to help if they can.
