New to group
Hi, I’m new to the group, I have had arthritis for some years now but have found that in recent times it is spreading much faster than before. I am an outdoor type of person with a love of gardening, seven horses and three dogs! Unfortunately I’m in the process of selling my horses as I am struggling now to cope and I’ve enlisted the help of a gardener and dog walker. All this I find gets me down. Anyone got any advice on how to control the pain and weakness? I’ve never looked into it before. Many thanks
