New here !
Hi,
I have just been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. I am finding it very hard to come to terms with it. There is an overwhelming genetic link through my Dads family.
M only experience is of my family who were crippled by the disease, which is causing me massive concern. What experience do people have of initial treatment etc ? My hands, feet, and shoulders are the most problematic areas. I run my own coffee shop so am very active at 12-15,000 steps a day , and want to maintain this.
