I'm Gin and am waiting for a double hip op but with no idea how long I'll have to wait for surgery dates. Up until recently I was extremely active but now feel a little 'down' with the extent to which my hip pain/walking gait has restricted my movement. Would appreciate any words if wisdom for keeping positive!
