    Hi everyone

    I am experiencing knee pain while trying to sleep and have tried an ice pad to see if that can help. Is anyone experiencing the same? and if so have you any tried and tested methods that may help me sleep. Thank you and take care of yourselves.

    I have arthritis in one knee and it is painful to sleep on my side, where one knee is on top of the other. I have found placing a small hand towel between my knees acts as a soft cushion and eases the pain.
