Standing straight

Ihave osteoarthritis in spine. I have had injections, radio frequency lesioning but to no avail. I find standing and walking very difficult.I do exercises and take no medication.any suggestions?

Welcome to the forum, @Wad64 . I understand that you have osteoarthritis of the spine. Treatment with injections and radio frequency lesioning have had no impact. You take no medication, you exercises but find walking difficult.

Have you seen your GP? This is the route to additional help from orthopaedics and physiotherapy and pain medication.

I am sure that there will be other forum members who will have experiences relevant to you.
