Pain

Hi I'm newly diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my knees my question is I feel pain in one knee more than the other but the pain goes from the top of my thigh down to my ankle is that normal I also have fibromyalgia which I've had for 13 years so it's hard to tell if the pain is fibro or not
