    HI @Swetha a warm welcome to the Versus Arthritis online community.

    I see from your post that you have have Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) and suspect this is a recent diagnosis.

    You have come to the right place to share your story, ask advice or just to chat to other people who understand your pain.
