I went to the doctors yesterday. Just myself in the waiting room till another lady entered. The nurse came through and called my name (So I thought) I followed her through. She asked what my problem was. I explained and she examined me. She reccommend I go for an X-Ray. A knock at the door. A man popped his head through and said he had lost his patient and said my name. Oh dear! The nurse double checked my name and we laughed. Entirely my fault. I misheard. She had started filling in details on the computer for the next patient who was there for another reason! She sorted out the problem and I (very embarrassed) apologised. The receptionists were also very amused. It definitely lightened their day!!
