Good morning to you too @Suexx
A very warm welcome to the online community.
I see from your post that you might be new here, but are certainly not new to Arthritis having had RA for 35 years.
I will therefore not insult you with any links on the subject!
In fact I think you might be of use to us😊
Now that you've introduced yourself maybe you'd like to take a look around the forum and join in wherever you feel comfortable? Living with Arthritis tends to be the most popular category after Say Hello. Or maybe you'd have some tips to share of your own in our newest one Hints and tips?
My best wishes
Ellen.

Hello Ellen, thank you for your welcome.
Even though I’ve had arthritis for a while now there’s always things to learn and I’d be happy to have a look at any links you’d wish to send. If there’s is anything I could help with or recommend, give tips or just listen to I’d be happy to.
To be honest I’m not overly informed on my condition I just live with it and get by day by day best I can, there is hopefully a lot I can learn from others on this community.
have a good day

'Just living with RA day to day' seems a good way of dealing with it to me. I've had it over 60 years. I do try to stay informed but, basically, I think it's about living sensibly (with the odd day off!) taking the DMARDS and exercising. And, of course, finding fun things to do and lots to laugh at.
I hope you'll enjoy being here☺
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

60yrs and fighting 💪🏼 I bow to you!
I like you also try to stay informed but sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming and make your head spin. It’s about living in the moment and getting by the best you can. On good days I tend to overdo things and pay for it the next day( or 6!) but I enjoyed THAT day so will go for it when I can 😊
keep having fun and laugh a lot @stickywicket x
