I suffer with osteoporosis/osteoarthritis and can’t wait for the sun to warm my bones! This year, the sun has come but I’m still struggling 😩

And if you do feel like you might need some more support with managing your pain and symptoms, you can ask your GP to refer you to a pain clinic to explore some more ways to help manage your condition, pain and symptoms.
