I'm new here I have ddd im struggling to find a mattress topper as I can't afford mattress.i don't sleep due to pain in my legs back hips iv have osteoarthritis

Sometimes asking an occupational therapist about mattress toppers may be helpful as they usually support with everyday living (aids, adaptations, gadgets etc.). You might also find it helpful to use our 'Living with arthritis' forum space helpful to talk to others about this.
