Non steroidal neck cream

I’m getting headaches from my neck arthritis . Is there a non steroidal cream that might help the pain. Thanks so much

  Hi @Saxophone you could try Capsaicin cream which is made from chilis. Usually by prescription though you can get a reduced strength over the counter. Ask your GP if you can use it/be prescribed it.

  I use an MSM aloe gel which helps a bit and my warm wheatbag.

  I had the same problem and found that gentle neck stretching exercises really helped. I also had a long wheat bag made to drape over my shoulders/round my neck, which works well.
