Hi, right hip and knee affected by osteoarthritis probably due to too much footy and rock drumming. Be looking for advice on how to ease the discomfort. Cheers.

Just as an update after persisting with the docs and medics I have knee replacement surgery on Sept 8th (2023). Could be partial or full, they said they'll decide when they do the op. Scare stories of 3 year waiting lists not true in my case and I count myself lucky.
