Started methotrexate 10 weeks ago

have had infections for last 5 weeks trying to weigh up if it’s worth it

    Oh dear that's bad luck @Lollycraig

    Might just be bad timing though if you are in contact with germy people just now.

    Many of us (me included) swear by the stuff. The idea really as U understand it is to dampen down the immune system not wipe it out.

    Have you tried any other DMARDs first? Some are a bit milder?
