Exercises for cervical stenosis

Hi

There are so many exercise programmes for cervical spinal stenosis on the Internet. It can be confusing as some are contradictor. Are there any specific exercises recommended by Versus Arthritis?

Versus Arthritis website has lots of different exercises and you will probably find something which suits you. You may well find others on the forum will be able to help as well.
