Feelings...
Just wanted to say hello everyone..I have not had a very good week-end..Have been in quite a lot of pain...I am sure I now have arthritis in my neck and back as everytime I move my head back, there is a crunching sound?? I also wear a back support which does help.. Is it worth seeing GP or just try helping myself? I do find it easier when on the move (although the rain kept me back)..😃..

Hi @Bettyboop
Thanks for your post to the Helpline and sorry to hear about your pain.
If you've not had an examination by a healthcare professional, to determine what's going on, it's a really good idea. Depending on your medical history and what's happening, they may want you to be seen by a physiotherapist.
For lots of different musculoskeletal conditions it's recommended to be taking plenty of gentle exercise and eat a balanced diet to lose any overweight. If you are too stiff or sore to follow the exercises, speak to your healthcare professional.
