Hello all

i am newly diagnosed 51 y/o in Romford Essex.

Spent 4 months trying to adapt to my life turned upside down.

    Being diagnosed with a new condition can be very worrying and affects everyone in your life. You have certainly come to the right place to get some support and advice, but maybe you can tell us a bit more about yourself please?

    Thanks for the info Caryl

    My right knee mobility is very restricted which makes walking unaided and stairs a battle. The poor old nhs is slow and self help seems the only option.
