Waiting for TKR

I am so sorry to hear that you have been waiting 5 years for an TKR operation, it does seem that you have been waiting a long time.

There may be a couple of options that you could try.

1. Suggest to your GP/Hospital that you would consider taking a cancellation.
2. Possibly try a different hospital out of your area.
3. Contact your local Healthwatch and Patient Association for further advice.
