Calcium supplements

I have osteoporosis and taking Adcal. Interested to see that Zoe doesn’t recommend calcium supplements. I wonder why ?

    Welcome to the online community!

    I presume you’re talking about the American based online nutrition programme called ZOE? It’s not something I’m familiar with, but I know that Adcal is sometimes prescribed by the NHS for people with osteoarthritis.
